After a successful inaugural event in 2019, Day Zero is back for 2020. Building on the foundations laid last year, Day Zero will bring together thought leaders and innovators from the eCommerce world, offering their insights into how brands can re-engage their customers, post-purchase.
Sessions will include client panels and case study deep dives, with workshops on personalisation strategies and operations optimisation. There will also be the chance to hear from Retain.me who will be presenting their development road map, allowing clients plenty of time to plan new features into their marketing strategies.
