Barbara is an IT support professional at Arc X-Media, where she troubleshoots software and hardware issues to ensure all systems are operational both for the clients and internally.

Dom is a software engineer that has always been interested in IT and enjoys exploring the latest tech!

Ellie is the Head of Client OnBoarding, she looks after our new clients as they embark on their Retain.me journey. She will arrange the implementation process and guide our customers through the stages to get them Live, and continues to look after them as they continue with us. They're in very good hands!

As the lead developer, Josh's tasks include sprint management, code reviews & potting 3 balls off the break. Josh also has the biggest Nerf gun in the office.

Kevin was one of the first through the door at Retain.Me and does everything from database work to on-boarding new employees.

Mike is 74, a qualified accountant who has spent his career working in a variety of different commercial organisations including six years in Somalia and Tanzania. Mike has been working with the founders since the concept of the Retain.me idea and the setting up of the company.

As a founding Director, Rebecca keeps an eye on the detail, feet on the ground and the cogs turning.

As head of Special Projects, Leo has been tasked with solving some of the more unique challenges within the business. With 10 years of client-facing development in dynamic environments, he brings more to the table than just his own pool cue.

Terry is hugely passionate, ambitious and driven. Determined to push for success, career wise and in his personal life. Knows how to build a team, and make an even better brew.
